The Birds and Present Tense Confirm new recording dates

The Birds have never released any studio recorded material in their long history, so this will be a first. They are to feature new composed as well as improvised pieces for the CD which is due for an early 2007 release.

Meanwhile power fusion trio Present Tense announce further recording activity for their new CD release, "Down in the Swamp" with a recording date on 12th Nov at the University recording Studios, Bristol.

Both sessions will be engineered by Jonathan Scott, who has recorded many sessions will PT before, so we know that they will be well recorded and managed. The recent Carnival of Aliens featuring Paul Dunmall and John Serry is a good indication of Jonathan's talent and attention to detail on the session. Should both be cracking, as they say.
