Bird Architects Reform for Live Appearance
All four original members of the Bird Architects punk-jazz group that last played live in 1987 are getting back together to perform at the Totnes Jazz Society's gig on May 9th.
An excited spokesperson said: "We are all looking forward to getting together again after a break of 14 years." Although Aaron Standon is better known these days as a guitarist than the raucous Steve Coleman-inspired saxophonist he was in the 80's, we can expect him to pick up the trusty horn for what promises to be a rowsing reunion over 2 hours in concert.
