Wild Strings Quartet start out fresh for 2006

The Quartet were recently re-united as Ale Fernandez returned to the UK from his sojourn in Spain and play a short set at Bar Oppo, Park St, Bristol Sunday 22nd Jan @ 2PM.

With new member Jimmy Tuffrey on bass, the remaining quartet members Peter Evans, violin and Marco Anderson on guitar and Cajon together with Ale on guitar and tabla, will showcase pieces from their eponymous CD.

If you like good food and drink in an artistically stimulating environment, a comfortable smoke-free family atmosphere where children are welcome, then why not pop in and say hello.

Ale will also be presenting some of his original Chilean-tinged instrumental pieces with percussionist Claudio Furet and there'll be a short set from Will Power and the Mood Indigo Trio.
